Our brand new 4 star apartment complex combines 3 Guest Houses at one location, called K46 Residence A, B and C with modern amenities and a prime city-center location, making it the perfect base for both short and extended stays.

K46 Residence A building you will find closer to the street. You will find here 4 pieces of 29 m2 sized mini suites with 150*200 cm sofa beds; 4 pieces of 32 m2 sized studios with 180*200 cm king-beds. These small units have garden views. Also there are 8 piece of 47-51 m2 sized one bedroom apartments with street view, which are equipped with 180*200 cm king-beds.
K46 Residence B building faces our first inner garden. Comes with all 11 pieces of 57 m2 sized our deluxe one bedroom apartments, which are equipped with 180*200 cm king-beds, and 150*200 cm openable sofa beds. Also you will find here all of our 5 piece of 73 m2 sized three bedroom apartments and a 97 m2 sized deluxe three bedroom apartment; last but not least our one and only unique 117 m2 sized Executive four bedroom suite. In each of these spacious suites there is a master bedroom with 180*200 cm king-bed, in the other bedrooms 90* 200 twin beds.
K46 Residence C building faces our second inner garden. Contains all the 7 piece of our 61 m2 sized two bedroom apartments and all the 9 piece of 65-70 m2 sized deluxe two bedroom apartments, in which the master bedrooms are equipped with 180* 200 cm king-bed, while the other bedroom is equipped with 90*200 cm twin beds. Also you will find on each of the corridors a 32 m2 sized studio with 180*200 cm king-bed.

It’s located in Kiraly street, in the Jewish quarter, the Soho part of the centre of Budapest, where urban life happens: next to the opera house, the great synagogue, cool restaurants, trendy shops, ruined bars… It’s also just 5 minutes from Deák Ferenc Square, which is the business area and public transport centre of the city.

All our 60 suites are furnished and designed for comfort. They have a fully equipped kitchenette, complete kitchenware, living room with multimedia wall and private bathroom(s). Everything is ready for you to unpack and enjoy Budapest.
To enhance your rest, the bedrooms have 180*200 cm king beds or 90*200 cm twin beds and premium mattresses. Fan coil system operates in the hotel with individual temperature setup in each room within the apartments; and aerators for reducing water consumption. We are a pet-friendly accommodation. We are also conscious of the environment and we use some eco-friendly solutions, such as a central fan-coil cooling and heating system and water-saving taps.
It comes with 60 spacious, uniquely designed and furnished suites with balconies and fully equipped, mechanised American style kitchen.
What about WIFI? Of course, it’s available in the whole complex. And parking? Don´t worry, it’s located on the ground floor.

Useful information about K46

The check-in time is from 15:00, the check out time is until 10:00 for free.

Early check in:15€ (from 12:00 upon availability)
Late check out (until max 13:00, based on previous notice and availability) fee: for mini suite and studio: 20€, for 1 bedroom and deluxe 1 bedroom apartment: 25€, for 2 bedroom and deluxe 2 bedroom: 30€, for 3 bedroom apartment: 35€ and for deluxe 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartment: 40€.
Please note that leaving your apartment after 10:00 implies the payment of the late check-out fee automatically.  Leaving your apartment after 13:00 automatically implies the payment of that night.

Do not lose the key or damage it, otherwise you are obligated to pay a 200€ penalty fee to cover the changing of the lock. 

All our guests are welcome to have breakfast at our café called MOOI Cafe, which is accessible from the street directly next to the entrance of the accommodation.

Breakfast is available: every day until 11:30 am. Did you have a long night? Just jump in for a brunch during the day.

Breakfast is an optional service, as each of our units is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, therefore the room rate does not include breakfast.

The whole building is a non-smoking area. Smoking is allowed only in the garden and in the balcony! If the guest smokes in the apartment , will be charged 200€.

Free AC usage is included in the price. In the building a modern Fan coil system operates, which makes possible the individual temperature setup in each room within the apartments.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided, and we change them for free with the daily cleaning on every 4th day in case of a week stay, exclusively upon your request, until latest 12 pm. Daily cleaning includes the changing of the textiles as well. The cost of each piece of extra textiles above the booked occupancy is 3€. The cost of the extra cleaning is 25€. Our housekeeping team is at your service every day 8 am-16 pm.
Parking in the street is payable at the parking machines with Hungarian coins on weekdays from 8:00 to 22:00, it costs 600 HUF/ hour (you can buy max. 3 hours for one purchase), and not all the places are accessible for non-residential. Parking in the street is free on the weekend’s national holiday.
For not-paying cars the penalty is a wheel camp, and the removal of it costs 31€/ car.
We recommend you to use our private garage under the apartment hotel for 30€/ car / night, which is monitored by cameras.
We do not take any responsibility for the cars left inside or outside of our building.

We are a pet friendly apartment complex, don’t need to leave your pet at home. You may bring along your beloved pet for 15€/ night/ pet. Please note that for the damages caused by the animal(s) the guest must take the responsibility, and for the caused damages compensation fee must be paid.

We can accept only guaranteed reservations. The guarantee means that 14 days prior to arrival we block the reservation’s full amount on the given credit card. Please note the reservations without guarantee will be cancelled by the apartment complex.

The blocked amount can be used to turn to payment, in case if the same credit card is physically with its owner. In case if the card or its owner is not on site, we are not able to turn the blocking to payment. The customers’ bank has max 30 days to unblock the amount, which we can’t affect.

Above the reservation payment we request to pay by card 100€  or 40.000 Huf caution, which will be returned upon leaving, if there was no damage made. The caution CAN NOT BE USED AS  PAYMENT for anything.
In case the apartment is left in time and without any damage, the amount is released and will be returned to the provided credit card.
In case of groups (min 3 apartments) the hotel reserves the right to decide on site whether the deposit should be paid 50€ / per person and not 100€ / apartment.

Minors under the age of 16 may not book or check-in at the accommodation without an adult. All minors between the ages of 16 and 18 must have written parental consent for the reservation to be valid and to check in. Otherwise, you cannot check in to the accommodation. In all cases, the parent is responsible for the children during the entire stay.
Please note that promotions, discount offers and coupons advertised by the accommodation cannot be combined. The accommodation may change, modify, suspend or withdraw these promotions at any time without prior notice.
Tickets available at the reception are non-refundable after purchase. Entrance ticket prices include all taxes.

The apartment complex can only complete the official confirmations required for the entry visa after the full payment of the reservations has been made by bank transfer. Such bookings are automatically placed in non-refundable status.

Although we do our best to serve our guests to the maximum, problems can always arise, despite our best efforts (e.g. burned-out burner, dead battery in the remote control). We would like to ask our guests to notify us within one hour of check-in if they notice any problems. If this is not reported to them within the above-mentioned time, but the problem can be proven to have been caused by the hotel’s fault, we promise to rectify the problem within a maximum of 24 hours, but in this case we are unable to pay compensation.

The apartment complex is not responsible for items that our guests do not place in the safe in their apartment or in the available safe at the reception free of charge.
After check-out, personal items left in the apartment complex will be sent by the accommodation to the “Found Objects Department”, where they will be kept for another 7 days. If the guest applies for the property he left with us, you will mail it back to him at his own expense.
If the guest does not report during this time, our accommodation will dispose of the abandoned items. For health reasons, the hotel does not store food, drinks, medicines, underwear or toiletries. Also, things placed next to the trash are automatically thrown away.
